The Women's Lucy ¾ Sleeve Blouse is made from a luxurious, lightweight and breezy Georgette fabric with a subtle surface texture and soft drape. It is a versatile sleeve length and design featuring soft elastic cuffs which allow you to wear sleeves pushed up for a billowing sleeve effect, or pulled down for a soft drape above the wrist.
