We aim to get your uniforms where they need to be — safely, quickly, and with care. Whether you're ordering for a single team or coordinating a multi-site rollout, our delivery options are designed to work for you.

Below you'll find key timeframes, delivery methods, and tips to help your order arrive smoothly.

Dispatch timeframes can vary depending on the items in your order and any customisation required. Some items are dispatched directly from our warehouse, while others may be made to order or supplied by one of our New Zealand or Australian partners. If embroidery, printing, or alterations are requested, these will extend the dispatch time.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days via courier. If you’re unsure when to expect your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to clarify expected timeframes.

Dispatch timeframes vary depending on the items in your order and any customisation required. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days via courier.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. Standard shipping is $7.99 + GST, with oversized or heavy orders charged at $14.99 + GST.

Public Holidays & Delays

Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or unforeseen courier issues. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if this occurs.

Free Delivery

Orders over $200 (excl. GST) qualify for free standard delivery within New Zealand. This applies once your order is ready for dispatch.

Courier & Tracking

We typically use New Zealand Couriers and Castle Parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its progress. Deliveries to rural addresses may take a little longer.

A signature is required by default to help ensure your order arrives safely. If you’d prefer Authority to Leave, this can be arranged directly with the courier using your tracking link. Please note that we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns & Redelivery

If a parcel is returned to sender, our team will contact you to help arrange redelivery. Additional courier charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Arrow is no longer liable for loss or damage. While we’ll do our best to help, in some cases we may not be able to recover the goods.

Shipping Outside NZ

We currently ship within New Zealand only. For Australian orders, shop our AU site or contact us.
