How Sublimation Works
Send us your artwork
Provide high-resolution vector files — .AI, .EPS or editable .PDF are best. If needed, we can assist with artwork refinement to suit sublimation printing.
We design, quote and plan production
We’ll finalise your design layout, confirm colour matching and fabric selection, and provide a full quote. Sublimation garments are specially made to order, and production typically takes a number of weeks following final approval.
Approve your final design
You'll receive a detailed visual proof showing your uniform design. Once approved, we move your garments into production.
We sublimate and assemble your garments
Your design is heat-fused directly into the fabric panels before garments are assembled — creating a lightweight, durable finish built to perform and last.
We deliver to your team
After thorough quality checks, your custom garments are packed and dispatched. Made-to-order production ensures every piece is crafted to your exact specifications.
