Student uniforms are ordered through specific ordering pages set up for each institution. These pages may include one or more courses and are not publicly listed on our website.
If you need access, email our Customer Service team with your course and where you are studying, and we’ll send you the correct ordering details.
Some student ordering pages require a passcode provided by your course or provider, while others do not.
If you haven’t received any ordering details, contact us and we’ll help you access the correct page.
Not all courses require uniforms, and Arrow Uniforms does not always supply every course offered by each provider.

Uniform sizing can differ from standard retail clothing, and fit requirements are often different for workwear and uniforms. Many of our size guides use garment measurements rather than body measurements, which can feel unfamiliar if you haven’t ordered uniforms before.
For this reason, we recommend allowing room to move rather than choosing a tight fit. If you’re unsure, attending an in-person fitting or trying on sample garments where available is the best option. If that’s not possible, taking your measurements using our sizing and measuring guide, or contacting our team for advice.
Students based in Wellington are welcome to visit our showroom to try on uniforms, by appointment.
Appointments can be arranged by phone or email.
Some courses also provide fitting samples or run organised fitting days on campus. We can advise what options are available for your course.
Online ordering is the preferred option, as it ensures you see the correct products, pricing, sizing information, and any course-specific notes.If you’re unable to order online or need assistance, our team can help you place an order by phone or email.
Students may also visit our showroom by appointment for fittings, with assistance from our team. Please note that most student uniforms are made or branded to order and are not usually available to take home on the same day.
Most student uniforms are branded or prepared to order. Typical turnaround times are around 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Some items or courses may have longer lead times, such as imported items or name badges. Any exceptions will be noted on the course ordering page, or our team can advise.
Most student uniforms are not returnable or exchangeable, as they are customised or supplied as special items for specific courses. Customised garments, including items with embroidery, are non-returnable. Many special items, such as overalls, footwear, and equipment, are also non-returnable.
Some unbranded items may be eligible for return or exchange, depending on the product and it's condition. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with our team before ordering, so we can advise you.
Delivery arrangements vary by course. Some uniforms are sent directly to students, while others may be delivered to the campus for collection.

Where uniforms are delivered directly, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address where possible, such as a workplace or a family member’s workplace.
