In-House Heat Transfer Printing

When embroidery isn’t the right fit, heat transfer printing offers a sharp, modern alternative. It’s ideal for full-colour logos, fine detail, and garments that need flexibility.

At Arrow, we apply high-quality Supacolour heat transfers in-house using professional-grade heat press equipment. This ensures precise, consistent results across every garment.

Whether it’s scrubs, polos, jackets or activewear, our printed branding is made to last and made to represent your brand at its best.

Why heat transfer printing?

Crisp, high-resolution detail

Ideal for intricate logos, fine lines or gradients — heat transfer prints what embroidery can’t.

Smooth, lightweight finish

Sits flat on the fabric without adding bulk — perfect for breathable garments and sportswear.

Fast and flexible production

Great for smaller runs, updates or time-sensitive jobs — ready to press and go with no setup delays.

Great for logos and slogans

Ideal for large or multi-colour branding across back panels, teamwear, hi-vis and promotional uniforms.

Long-lasting when applied correctly

Our in-house team ensures accurate temperature and pressure — for a bond that lasts through wear and wash.

Printed in-house, fast turnaround

Every design is pressed by our in-house team — no outsourcing, just control, speed and reliability.

How Heat Transfer Printing Works

1

Send us your artwork

Provide high-resolution vector files — .AI, .EPS or editable .PDF are best. Let us know what garments you’re printing and where the artwork should go.

2

We review and quote

We’ll confirm size, colour and fabric suitability, and send you a quote. Printing includes a one-off setup fee per logo. A reset fee also applies each time new prints are produced. To save on future resets, you can pre-order a bulk batch of prints — we’ll hold them on file for later use.

3

Approve your layout

You’ll receive a digital mockup showing your design on the garment. Once approved, we move into production — no delays.

4

We prepare your prints

Your logo is printed onto transfer film, ready for pressing. You can order extras to use across future orders and avoid reset fees — just let us know.

5

We apply the transfer

Our in-house team presses the design with precision heat and pressure — delivering a smooth, durable finish with a low profile.

6

We pack and dispatch

Your printed garments are quality checked and shipped to your team — consistent, fast, and ready to wear.

Tip

Order a larger batch of heat transfers upfront (e.g. 100 logos) and we’ll hold them for you. That way, you’ll only pay the reset fee when you need more prints made — not each time you apply them.
