Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
- To return — Fill out our online return form and follow the prompts.
- To exchange — Fill out the form and select "Exchange" as your reason.
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us, using a tracked courier.
- We'll process your return or send your replacement as quickly as possible.

- Simon Jersey
- Footwear
- Clearance / Discounted items
- Custom or branded garments – Embroidered, altered, or personalised items unless covered under contract.
Conditions of Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe delivery. Returned items remain the sender’s responsibility until they are received by Arrow Uniforms.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving your return. Once approved, please allow up to 24 hours for the refund to be processed by your payment provider and reflected in your account.

Return & Exchange FAQs
It’s easy! Just fill out our Online Return Form, pack your item securely, and send it to us via tracked courier. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 working days.
No, clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3 working days. Your bank may take up to 24 hours to clear the funds.
Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, provided it meets our return conditions.
Fill out the Online Return Form and select "Exchange."
Return the original item following our returns process.
Once received, we will process and ship the replacement.
For urgent exchanges: The fastest option is to request a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

No, we don’t cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Oh no! If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team right away so we can sort it out for you.
Unfortunately, footwear purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page for size guides and fit details before ordering.
Yes, we offer two options to help you find the right fit:
Wellington Showroom Try-On: We may have stock available for you to try in person. Contact us to check availability.
Appro Orders (Samples Sent to You): We can send samples for you to try before committing to a purchase - please contact us.
Please note: Appro orders may not be available for:
