Pack your items securely
Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Refund or exchange is on its way!
Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours. Exchanges are shipped as quickly as possible.

We’ll assess your return
Once received, our team will review your return and respond within 3 working days to confirm approval or advise next steps.

Send your parcel to us
You’re responsible for return freight and safe delivery. Use a tracked courier – Arrow is not liable for parcels until received by our team.
Fault with your order? If we’ve done something wrong, please contact us so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

  • To return — Fill out our online return form and follow the prompts.
  • To exchange — Fill out the form and select "Exchange" as your reason.
  • Pack your item securely and send it back to us, using a tracked courier.
  • We'll process your return or send your replacement as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Please ensure your item(s) are eligible for return, before completing the online return form. The following items are not eligible:
  • Select brands as specified:
    • Cherokee
    • Simon Jersey
  • Footwear
  • Clearance / Discounted items
  • Custom or branded garments – Embroidered, altered, or personalised items unless covered under contract.

Conditions of Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe delivery. Returned items remain the sender’s responsibility until they are received by Arrow Uniforms.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving your return. Once approved, please allow up to 24 hours for the refund to be processed by your payment provider and reflected in your account.
