Absolutely! We welcome visits to our Showroom and appointments are also available at our Christchurch Fitting Rooms.

We do ask that you reach out to our team in advance if possible, to ensure we have the items you're after in-stock and available for fitting.

Yes! Arrow offers samples on most items through our Appro Service.

We can lend your desired garments out to you for up to 14 days - you can then return these free of charge, or purchase them. Note - Appro Samples must be returned unworn.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged at no additional cost within 7 days of invoice.
