We only supply to New Zealand addresses from this website (www.arrowuniforms.co.nz). For delivery outside of New Zealand, please contact us.

Most of our deliveries are made with New Zealand Couriers.

We typically deliver within 1 - 3 working days of dispatch. While we aim to deliver goods on the indicated delivery date, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for late delivery.

Delivery timeframes quoted are estimates only, and may vary based on the content of your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the costs of delivery. 

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a business address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.

Arrow Uniforms does not take responsibility for any orders that go missing in case(s) where:

• Incorrect delivery information has been provided by you. 
• Authority to Leave has been given for a delivery.
• Delivery has been received by a legitimate party and can't be located.
• Rural Delivery is requested (additional time for delivery may be required, parcels may be transferred between carriers)

If a delivery is missing, misdelivered or lost:

You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date (date of invoicing) if you have not received an item.
