embroidery and heat press

We have our own in-house embroidery and branding facility to offer the fastest turnaround. We also provide screen printing, heatset and vinyl transfers, as well as digital Direct-to-Garment printing.

If we don't have it, we will connect with our trusted suppliers both locally and overseas for the final finish envisioned from the start!

"Pips", which are inserted at the seam, and woven badges and labels are a first stop for many of our clients. For something special, felt applique, leather patches and rubber printing badges are an excellent way of projecting intricate branding.

When you need your staff to stand out, our alterations and tailoring team can add reflective tape and other details. We stock a large range of tapes, trims and embellishments, and are trusted by industries where visibility and safety are critical.

Embroidery set up

Our process starts with a quote, where we will help you understand the logo size, type of stitching, number of stitches and colours you desire.

After quote approval, your logo will be digitized with our state-of-the-art programs so the result will clear to you at the start. We will colour match to existing branding applications of your business to ensure your brand standards are met.

Embroidery is computerised with supervision by our talented embroidery team, with decades of
combined experience in sewing machinery. Using a frame, your garment will be secured while your digitalised logo pattern is created by the sewing needle – resulting in a speedy turnaround and consistent quality across garments, every time.  Each garment receives multiple quality control checks for colour, fabric, and stitching before we send it to you.

What you need to know

When sending us your logos, vector images are preferred as as they are high quality and don't lose detail when scaled. High quality Illustrator, Photoshop, JPG or PNG files are also accepted.

If you would like a full-colour design, specific RGB colours will help us match accurately to the sample concepts. With Vector files, we can match the colours digitally from their vector image.

How complex the design is will change the cost.
