COVID-19 Policy

Hello to all our customers, suppliers, visitors, and friends.

The well-being of our people and our customers is our number one priority.

From 10th December 2021, our policy will change to require a My Vaccine Pass to enter our premises.

This policy is to help do our part in minimising COVID-19’s impact on our community.

Anyone visiting or working in any Arrow Uniforms office must display their My Vaccine Pass upon entry. Any individuals without a My Vaccine Pass will not be permitted to enter the premises.

We respect your freedom of choice of whether you get vaccinated or not. As an essential service uniform supplier, our priority is keeping those in the frontline uniformed and safe. In accordance to government guidance, we know our policy is the right decision given the unprecedented environment we now live in to protect our clients, team, and community. If you require contactless service, our customer care team is available over the phone or you can shop through our website at arrowuniforms.co.nz.

In periods of restriction, we have invited clients to meet with us virtually and we believe options like this are important moving forward. If you would like to meet virtually, please let us know so we can engage.
